III. Information on data processing
Your data processed when using our website will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of storage no longer applies, there are no legal retention obligations preventing the deletion of the data, and no other information on individual processing procedures is provided below.

Server data
For technical reasons, in particular to ensure a secure and stable website, data is transmitted to us or our web space provider by your Internet browser. You may revoke your consent to the opening and maintenance of your customer account at any time with future effect in accordance with Art. 7 (3) GDPR. To do so, you simply need to notify us of your revocation.
The data collected in this regard will be deleted as soon as processing is no longer necessary. However, we must observe tax and commercial law retention periods.

Newsletter
If you subscribe to our free newsletter, the data requested from you for this purpose, i.e. your email address and, optionally, your name and address, will be transmitted to us. At the same time, we store the IP address of the Internet connection from which you access our website, as well as the date and time of your registration. As part of the further registration process, we will obtain your consent to send you the newsletter, describe its content in detail, and refer you to this privacy policy. We use the data collected in this process exclusively for sending the newsletter—it will therefore not be passed on to third parties.

If you contact us via the contact form or email, the data you provide will be used to process your request. The provision of this data is necessary for processing and responding to your request—without it, we cannot respond to your request or can only respond to it to a limited extent.
The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.
Your data will be deleted once your request has been conclusively answered and there are no legal retention obligations preventing deletion, such as in the case of any subsequent contract processing.

LinkedIn
We maintain an online presence on LinkedIn to present our company and our services and to communicate with customers/prospective customers. Social media links via graphics or text links

We also advertise our presence on the social networks listed below on our website. These are integrated via a linked graphic for the respective network. The use of this linked graphic prevents the automatic establishment of a connection to the respective social network server when a website with a social media advertisement is accessed in order to display a graphic of the respective network itself. Only by clicking on the corresponding graphic is the user redirected to the service of the respective social network.

‘Shopify’ is a service provided by a group of companies consisting of Shopify Data Processing (USA) Inc., Shopify Payments (USA) Inc., Shopify (USA) Inc., Shopify Commerce Singapore Pte. Ltd., and Shopify International Limited.
As we are based in the European Economic Area (EEA), processing is carried out by Shopify International Limited, Victoria Buildings, 2nd Floor, 1-2 Haddington Road, Dublin 4, D04 XN32, Ireland, hereinafter referred to as ‘Shopify’.
However, due to the corporate group, it cannot be ruled out that processing may also take place in Canada and the USA, i.e. outside the EEA.
